Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Please note:
- All returned items must be in resalable condition with original tags and packaging
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items from our product range cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bunk Bed Mattresses
- All bedding accessories (Bed Tents, Bunk Bed Accessories)
- Custom or made-to-order furniture pieces
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your item:
Step 1: Submit a Return Request

Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will respond within 2 business days with:
- Return authorization (if approved)
- Return shipping instructions
- Return address
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Once approved:
- Repackage the item securely in its original packaging
- Include all original tags, manuals, and accessories
- Ship to the provided address using a trackable shipping method
- Email us the tracking information
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Exchanges: Your replacement item will be shipped within 3 business days after we receive your return
Note: It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or is defective:

- Include photos of the damage/defect and packaging

International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
