Shipping Information
Order Processing Time
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipping
- Includes full tracking
Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipping
- Includes basic tracking
Note: International shipments to regions outside our primary service areas (excluding Asia and certain remote locations) may experience slightly longer delivery times due to customs processing.
Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your children’s bedroom furniture. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
- Item must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging
- All tags, manuals, and accessories must be included
- Original receipt or proof of purchase required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Bunk Bed Mattresses
- All bedding accessories (including Bed Tents and Bunk Bed Accessories)
- Custom or made-to-order furniture pieces
Step-by-Step Return Process
Step 1: Submit a Return Request

Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will respond within 2 business days with:
- Return authorization (if approved)
- Return shipping instructions
- Return address
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Once approved:
- Repackage the item securely in its original packaging
- Include all original tags, manuals, and accessories
- Ship to the provided address using a trackable shipping method
- Email us the tracking information
Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Exchanges: Your replacement item will be shipped within 3 business days after we receive your return
Note: It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or is defective:

International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
